Your Payment Instruction(s) will be effected only after proper authentication in accordance with the prescribed procedure of the Bill Payment or Renewal Service. We start the processing of your Payment Instruction(s) on the Scheduled Date specified by you. These Payment Instruction(s) are submitted to the suplliers in the real time.
It shall solely be your responsibility to choose a Pay On Date for the payment of your bill(s) well in advance of the Due Date so that BillDesk has sufficient time to process your Payment Instruction(s) and make the funds available to the relevant Biller(s)/Payee(s) by the Payment Date. If the Payment Date happens to be after the Due Date, you shall be liable to pay the delayed/late charges and/or for all other consequences as per the then existing policy of the Biller(s)/Payee(s). Daip Transfer Private Limited assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability if it is unable to effect any Payment Instruction(s) on the Payment Date owing to any one or more of the following circumstances:
In case the bill payment is not effected for any reason, you will be intimated about the failed payment in the response specified to you in that regard. Daip Transfer Private Limited assumes no responsibility beyond that of sending the intimation to you in this regard.
If Daip Transfer Private Limited fails to effect the Payment Instructions on/before the Payment Date for any reason other than the reasons mentioned above and such failure is directly and solely attributable to Daip Transfer Private Limited , then in such an event, the liability of Daip Transfer Private Limited shall be restricted to late payment charges, if any, subject to the maximum of Rs 500/- per bill. Under no circumstances shall Daip Transfer Private Limited and/or its officers, directors, employees or agents shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, even if advised of the possibility of those damages except to the extent as mentioned above.
You shall be entitled to cancel or modify the Payment Instruction(s) issued by you before it is sent to the supplier, in the manner specified by the Daip Transfer Private Limited Service from time to time, so however that such modification or cancellation is made by you before the Pay On Date specified in that regard. When you place a request to cancel or modify the Payment Instruction(s) set up by you, such instruction or transaction will only be cancelled if your request for cancellation is received and acted upon by before the processing of the instruction or transaction has been initiated.
In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access. In addition, you must have all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device.
In respect of the Daip Transfer Private Limited Services rendered to you, Daip Transfer Private Limited reserves the right to charge and recover from you certain charges/fees by debiting the Payment Account or by sending a bill to you for the amount of charges /fees. You will be liable to pay these charges/fees by the date specified in that regard. Failure to pay such charges/fees on or before the specified date will render you liable for payment of interest at such rate as may be stipulated by Daip Transfer Private Limited and/or withdrawal of the Service without any liability to Daip Transfer Private Limited .
Refunds will be processed as per the airline fare rules and cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to Daip Transfer Private Limited receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to Daip Transfer Private Limited paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.
All cancellations made directly with the airline need to be intimated to Daip Transfer Private Limited, in order to initiate the process of refund. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the Daip Transfer Private Limited service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above.
The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the User used a wallet, Daip Transfer Private Limited will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same user wallet.
In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed as per the BBPS cancellation policy. Such refunds shall be subject to Daip Transfer Private Limited receiving the same from the airlines. However, the convenience fee paid to Daip Transfer Private Limited paid at the time of bill payment is a non-refundable fee.
The processing time for refunds may vary depending on the mode of payment, bank etc. The refund shall be processed after deducting the Daip Transfer Private Limited service fee which is independent of the convenience fee as mentioned above. It will be done in 72 hours once the BBPS payment fails.
The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For example, if the User used a wallet, Daip Transfer Private Limited will make an appropriate charge reversal to the same user wallet.
